Kneeling man with headdress and projection from left rear hip - Similar in form to the famous 'sardine can opener man' found in Fuhao's grave in 1976.
- Translucent white jade with suffusion, surface erosion, and wide spread calcification.
- The carving sports fine thread relief which seems mostly decorative (well, if it's naturalistic, I sure don't know what it represents!).
- The 'tail' is 8.5mm thick and substantial; I have no idea how to interpret it.
- The pose is not unique - I have seen several carvings that are similar to the Fuhao one
- Is this a semi human? Probably not, given the kneeling pose and position of the arms. Nevertheless, it's not quite human either.
- 6.7 x 6.4 x 2.78 cm
