Ge style blade with animal faces  - White translucent jade with milky white occlusions and some damage to the edges.
- Surface has a beautiful sheen and translucence.
- Upper animal face (on haft) has bottle horns which are truncated at the top - presumably due to damage to the end of the haft.
- Lower animal face has curved horns like a sheep. Both of these styles belong to the Shang vocabulary.
- The blade proper has three grooves, one down the middle and one on each side. This is not unusual for Ge style blades.
- The hole at the beginning of the haft has been drilled from both sides. Functionally it would have been used to lash the haft to a pole in the fashion of a pike.
- 19.7 x 4.38 x .6 cm.
