Dragon in disk form with open mouth and tail - Light green jade with much deterioration, mostly transformed to reddish brown with much pitting.
- Dragon has an oval hole for a mouth, open at one side; a comman shaped notch forms the tail.
- Decoration is hook and spiral threads, created by angled incised double lines (ie faux relief).
- Piece is quite thin, yet nicely tapered at the inner and outer edges for a finished feel and look.
- The hook and line meander is typical Shang decorative style.
