Jade statue of a kneeling warrior - White translucent jade with some surface pits; no calcification, only light skin on jade.
- Outfitted vaguely like a 'terracotta' soldier at the famous Qin emperor's tomb.
- Fine detail (such as hair on head) is not well done and uneven.
- Pits appear to be man-made.
- Undoubtedly a modern carving aged slightly; nicely shaped but with sloppy details.
- As far as I know, this pose (in jade) is a modern invention inspired by the Qin finds.Â
