Light green semi-translucent jade with surface erosion, calcification and brown glaze. 

Bird-like body has two heads growing out of it - one dragon, one phoenix.

Carving is three dimentional, and stands up nicely.

Minor decoration with incised lines.

Age uncertain - Ming or later.
