- Head appears to be topped by some sort of cap.
- Body is noticeably oval in cross-section.
- Design elements are worked in raised relief, and are also undercut on each side.
- Arms and lower body are abstractly suggested - in fact, only by comparison with other 'fetal position' jades can we get some sense of the figure.
- The decorative elements consist of hooks and lines, as well as angular "C" scrolls.
- The jade material seems to have been naturally opaque.
