Dragon turtle

Dragon turtle with horn, ruff and tail

  • Pale, slightly translucent green jade with overall calcification and surface degradation
  • Slight reddish suffusion is evident on the head
  • Fanciful tripartite tail often found on Buddhist lions
  • Small carving has no obvious holes for suspension, but could put cord through mouth, under horn or beard.
  • This fellow is plump, very-well nourished!
  • Definitely has a benign aspect
  • 6 x 4.5 x 3.0 cm
